2. You request a recommendation.
You provide your potential client’s contact information through a secure, easy-to-use web portal, customized for your firm. After your submission is complete, you can track the progress of our evaluation.
3. We contact your potential client.
Within hours of your request, one of our registered nurses contacts your potential client. As an agent of your firm, your clients will feel reassured and taken care of by a concerned, knowledgeable professional. If we can’t make contact the first time, we’ll keep trying. You are not charged for missed calls or for clients who withdraw their cases.
4. We investigate the claim and gather data about the potential case.
Every nurse on our staff has at least five years of clinical experience. Our medical knowledge, professional experience, and compassionate bedside manner help us get a clear picture of your potential client’s claim while putting him or her at ease.
5. We evaluate the claim’s medical merit.
Our nurses determine the medical merit recommendation of your potential case using our 4-step evaluation process as a guide.
6. You receive a concise report of our findings.
A “YES” or “NO” recommendation is sent to you through your Med View Services web portal— typically within 24 hours of your request—allowing you to make fast, informed decisions about medical malpractice case leads.
